Tip to ride first — tipped orders get grabbed first when a run fills up, so regulars who tip see their driver faster.

Batch runs pay per order — drop 8 orders on one run and that's 8 × $5, not one flat $5 for the trip.

Founding Driver program: the next 4 drivers who commit to at least 3 shifts a week lock in a guaranteed minimum for every completed shift during their first two weeks, plus a $50 bonus every 100 deliveries.
